NHL Awards 2022 live updates: Winners, finalists, how to watch, ceremony time for all major awards

The NHL Awards Show will return for the first time in three years  on Tuesday night

he 2022 installment, which begins at 7 p.m

ET, will take place in Tampa at Armature Works between Games 3 and 4 of the Stanley Cup Final

Comedian Kenan Thompson will serve as the host.

There will be five awards handed out: Hart Trophy (most valuable player) Norris Trophy (top defenseman) Calder Trophy (top rookie) Vezina Trophy (top goaltender) Ted Lindsay Award (most outstanding player).

The Hart, Norris and Calder Trophies are voted on by the Professional Hockey Writers' Association

 However, the Vezina Trophy is voted on by all 32 NHL general managers, while the Ted Lindsay Award is voted on by the players

All of the voting was conducted prior to the Stanley Cup Playoffs getting underway.

During the NHL Awards Show, the three finalists for the Jim Gregory Award (league's top general manager) will be announced

The winner of that award will be revealed during the first round of the 2022 NHL Draft on July 7.
